Sportz Factory provides mobile concierge services to elite and professional athletes.  Although Atlanta, GA USA, and Houston, TX USA are bases of operation, travel can be arranged to accommodate those athletes who are committed to their health, wellness, and performance.

Most sessions are 1-on-1, but packages can be arranged to accommodate multiple clients during a specified time block.  For example, if you are an athlete client and you have several teammates/colleagues who could utilize our recovery and performance services on or around the same times/dates, a team/group block can be scheduled.  This will typically result in securing services for the entire day and payment of the daily rate per day plus expenses related to travel being processed.

  • Submit 3 videos:  Practice, game, workout – They will be analyzed as part of the initial consultation unless it is an in-person visit.
  • In-season, pre-season and off-season schedules will be discussed to determine availability and the appropriate package
  • Dates and services are secured by retainer/package

FSA/HSA FAQs

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health care expenses. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA, please check with your employer or insurance company.

While we do not currently accept FSA or HSA cards directly on SportzFactory.com, you can now submit the receipt for an eligible Therabody device to your plan for reimbursement based on its current guidelines. Please use a credit card or debit card to pay for your eligible items during checkout, then be sure to save your receipt for submission to your insurance carrier. Receipts for items purchased on SportzFactory.com are sent via order confirmation email.

In general, devices for medical use may be reimbursed from your spending account if the device is for “diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease, or payments for treatments affecting any structure or function of the body.” Some items may be reimbursed from your spending account only if recommended by a physician or provider.
